The Olive and Oak Story

Olive & Oak Properties was born from something much bigger than real estate.

As a mother to my beautiful 18-year-old daughter, Ashley, who is autistic and non-verbal, I've always thought about the future differently. I wanted to build something lasting. Something that would create security, freedom, and opportunity for the people who will one day care for her and continue to support her when I no longer can.

For me, freedom and safety mean having choices, and choices require financial security. Olive & Oak is my way of creating an asset that will serve not only my family, but the next generation.

My background in conveyancing and property has taught me that a real estate transaction is about far more than signing documents. I take pride in helping clients understand the transfer process, exploring ownership structures that can save buyers money, and finding solutions that help sellers achieve the best possible outcome. My clients are never just another deal. Their goals always come first.

The best part of this work isn't the sale itself. It's seeing a seller walk away happy with what they've achieved, knowing a buyer has made a smart decision, and building relationships that continue long after the keys have changed hands. The greatest compliment I can receive is a referral from someone who trusted me with one of life's biggest decisions.

Although I come from the coast and built my early career there as an estate agent and conveyancing secretary, Windhoek has given me opportunities to grow professionally and provide the stability my family needs. My day job helps finance this dream, but Olive & Oak is where my heart is. It represents everything I believe in: honesty, knowledge, long-term thinking, and creating something meaningful that will endure.
