Do I deal with you directly, or will I be passed to someone else?
Always directly with me. That's the whole point of Olive & Oak being a boutique agency. You'll have my number, you'll reach me, and I'll be the one handling your property from start to finish.
How do you market properties differently from other agencies?
I personally invest in paid digital advertising for every property I represent — I don't simply list and wait. Your home goes in front of qualified, actively searching buyers rather than sitting on a portal hoping someone finds it.
How long does it take to sell a property?
Honestly, it depends on the property, the price, and the market at the time. What I can tell you is that I won't suggest an inflated price to win your listing and then push you to reduce it later. I'd rather give you an honest number from the start.
What does working with you actually look like day to day?
You'll hear from me regularly — not just when something happens. I'll update you on enquiries, feedback from viewings, and how the marketing is performing. You won't be left wondering what's going on.
What areas do you cover?
I'm based in Windhoek and work primarily across the city and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your property falls within my area, just get in touch and we can talk it through.
Do I need to appoint a separate conveyancer?
Not necessarily. My background in conveyancing means I understand the legal side of the transfer process in detail, and I can guide you through every step. I'll make sure you understand what's happening and why at each stage.
What types of properties do you work with?
Residential sales primarily — houses, apartments, and sectional title units across Windhoek. If you have something specific in mind, reach out and let's talk.
